Aliya's work reflects a beautiful fusion between classic and contemporary. Her artistic expression carries a dreamy, naive, and playful quality, drawing inspiration from the trends and movements in modern art spanning from the early 20th century to the present. She also finds inspiration in the genuine, naive world of her children. Aliya holds a master's degree from the National Academy of Arts in Lviv, Ukraine. Since 2010 she has been living and working as a freelance artist in Munich, Germany.
