Framed artworks are securely packaged in reinforced boxes to ensure safe delivery.
All orders include tracking and insurance. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

Returns
You may return or exchange your order within 30 days of delivery.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us by email with:
• your name
• order number
• the item(s) you wish to return or exchange
We’ll provide a return shipping label. Returned items must be in original condition and packaging.
Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item and issued using the original payment method. Return shipping costs are deducted from the refunded amount.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please notify us within 30 days of delivery.
If the exchanged item differs in price, the difference will be refunded or charged using the original payment method. Return shipping and any additional shipping for replacement items will be charged unless otherwise agreed.
