Shipping & Returns

We offer carbon-neutral worldwide shipping through DHL Express. Every order is carefully packaged in a protective cardboard tube and includes a tracking number and insurance. If you have any questions about your order, feel free to contact us at tracking@peytil.com, and we’ll respond as quickly as possible.

  

For orders above 150€ shipping is free within the EU. For orders above 250€ shipping is free worldwide. For orders below 150€ shipping is calculated at checkout.

  

You may withdraw or exchange your order by notifying us via email (info@peytil.com) within 14 days from the day that you received your order. Include your name, the order number and a specification of which products the withdrawal/exchange relates to. You will then receive a return shipping label that you can print and attach to the parcel. Please return your order in good condition, and in its original packaging. The return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

  

We will pay the amount to be refunded within 14 days from the day we received the returned parcel. The refund will be paid with the same payment method that you have used to pay for the order. We will provide the shipping service but the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

  

Please send us an exchange notification within 14 days from the day that you received your order. Include your name, the order number and a specification of which products the exchange relates to. You will then receive a return shipping label that you can attach to the parcel. If the exchange order has a different price then the original order the difference will be refunded or charged with the same payment method that you used to pay for the original order. The return shipping and the additional shipping of any replacement prints will be charged on the same payment method that was used to pay for the original order, unless otherwise agreed.
